• Payment information: Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card details.

Important: PackCheck uses third-party AI models (including OpenAI GPT-4o Vision) to analyze your packaging images. When you submit an image:

• Images are not used to train AI models
• We recommend not uploading images containing sensitive personal information
4. Data Storage & Retention
• Local storage: Compliance reports are stored in your browser's local storage for history functionality. You can delete this data at any time.
• Server-side: We retain minimal server logs for 30 days for debugging purposes.
• Images: Uploaded images are processed in memory and are not permanently stored after analysis.
