By accessing or using PackCheck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

PackCheck is an AI-powered packaging compliance pre-screening tool. The Service analyzes images of product packaging and provides preliminary compliance assessments against international packaging regulations. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: PackCheck provides AI-generated pre-screening reports only. The Service does NOT provide: • Official compliance certifications • Legal opinions or legal advice • Guaranteed accuracy of regulatory assessments • Replacement for professional compliance consulting Users must independently verify all findings with certified compliance professionals before making business decisions.

You agree to: • Provide accurate information when using the Service • Use the Service only for lawful purposes • Not upload images containing illegal content, personal data of others, or copyrighted material without authorization • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service • Not use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. • AI analysis may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results due to image quality, model limitations, or outdated regulation data • Regulatory requirements change frequently; PackCheck may not reflect the most current regulations at all times • Analysis results should be treated as preliminary screening only • PackCheck is NOT liable for any business decisions, financial losses, regulatory penalties, or damages arising from reliance on the Service

• Free Plan: Limited to 3 checks per month with basic features • Pro Plan ($19/month): 50 checks per month with full features • Business Plan ($49/month): 200 checks per month with API access Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

• The PackCheck brand, UI design, and AI analysis engine are proprietary • You retain ownership of all images you upload • Compliance reports generated by the Service may be used freely for your business purposes • You may not resell or redistribute the Service or its analysis results as a competing service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PackCheck and its operators shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities • Regulatory fines or penalties resulting from compliance decisions • Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is claimed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
